Terms & Conditions 

Effective Date: January 01, 2018 

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by CoreCraft Homes (“CCH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, the client (“you” or “client”) agrees to the following terms: 

1. Scope of Services 

The scope of work, specifications, materials, designs, deliverables and timelines will be as mutually agreed and confirmed in the applicable quotation, proposal, work order, agreement or other written communication. 

2. Pricing & Payments 

All prices are based on the agreed scope and specifications. Any change, addition or upgrade requested by the client may result in additional charges. Payments shall be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Taxes, where applicable, will be charged separately. 

3. Design & Approvals 

Designs, drawings, layouts, specifications and material selections shall be subject to client approval. Any changes requested after approval may affect the cost and/or timeline. 

4. Materials & Specifications 

Materials, hardware, finishes and other specifications will be as agreed for the project. Where necessary, CCH may propose equivalent alternatives due to availability or other practical considerations, subject to client approval. 

5. Timelines 

Project timelines are indicative and depend on timely approvals, payments, site readiness, material availability and other project-related factors. Delays arising from circumstances beyond CCH’s reasonable control will not be treated as a breach of these terms. 

6. Site Conditions 

The client shall provide timely access to the site and ensure that the site is reasonably ready for execution. Additional work arising from unforeseen site conditions, structural issues or changes in site requirements may be charged separately. 

7. Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Any modification or cancellation after confirmation of the project may be subject to applicable charges, including costs already incurred towards materials, manufacturing, design, labour or other commitments. 

For service-only projects, including consultation, design and similar professional services, no refund shall be applicable once the service has commenced. 

8. Installation & Handover 

Installation will be carried out as per the agreed scope. Minor variations in colour, texture, grain or finish may occur due to the inherent characteristics of natural or manufactured materials and shall not be considered defects where within acceptable industry standards. 

9. Warranty & Service 

Any warranty or after-sales support will be governed by the specific warranty terms applicable to the products, materials or services supplied. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond CCH’s control. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All designs, drawings, concepts, photographs, documents and other creative material developed by CCH remain the intellectual property of CCH unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

CCH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party dependencies, site conditions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

12. General 

These Terms & Conditions shall be read together with the applicable quotation, proposal, work order or agreement. In case of any conflict, the specific written agreement applicable to the project shall prevail. 

CCH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website shall be applicable from its stated effective date.
