Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Gurugram for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing expense reports. Other daily tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office systems, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the office.
The role involves parallel reporting to Managing Director, and CFO.
Core Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, often involving complex coordination and prioritization.
Communication Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Travel Arrangements: Organizing travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodations, and managing related logistics.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing leader with 12–18 years of experience to lead growth operations, manage large-scale campaigns, and drive premium residential sales.
🎯 Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Head will:
Lead end-to-end sales strategy for luxury residential projects.
Drive high-value unit sales (₹5 Cr+ per unit) with strong sales velocity.
Handle Annual Marketing Budget: ₹20 Cr (scale-up phase) → ₹10 Cr (steady-state locations), to maximize ROI.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team for brand positioning and expansion.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Define and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Manage channel partners, brokers, and direct sales pipelines.

12–18 years of proven experience in real estate sales & marketing (luxury/premium housing preferred).
Strong track record of driving ₹100+ Cr annual sales pipelines.
Deep network of channel partners, HNI and ULHNI clients.
Ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets (₹10–20 Cr annually).
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership orientation.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
